即日で直していただきました。
その他の微調整もやっていただけていたようで、助かりました。

当時も、事務的に処理された感じがして二度とここで買うまいと思ったが、9年を経て、息子用にシートポストを調整しようとしたら、固かったので整備を依頼しに行くと、見ただけで、保証が切れてるとか、これは固着して最悪3万掛かると言われ断られました。確かにカーボンは固着を取るのに難しい場合があるというので、仕方なく、自身で少し頑張ったら直ぐに外れました。
なんなんだこの店は。
少しでも信用しようとした自分が不甲斐ない。
なんで未だにこんな店が存在するんだ。
お客様目線、カスタマーファースト、CS向上。
これがまるでない。
同じ日本人として恥ずかしい。
こんな店になった背景をとても不憫に思う。
正直、★ゼロです。
