駅前は静かでタクシーとバスのロータリーがあり、たこ焼・お好み焼き・焼そばの「じゃんぼ総本店」があります。
駅の西側にはドミノピザ、コンビニ、ほっともっとがあります。他に、畷生会脳神経外科病院、ドラッグストア、西松屋もあります。
また、四條畷市の天然温泉「畷の里温泉」と、四條畷市で最大規模の「イオンモール四條畷」は当駅が最寄りです。
