★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越しをしたため、新たにメンタルクリニックを見つけたいと思い、調べて行ったのがこちらでした。院内が綺麗なので、待合室で待っている際も鬱々とした気持ちになりません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初病院とは思えないほど綺麗な内装に驚いたのを覚えています。コロナの感染対策もしっかりと行き届いているので、安心して通うことが出来ます。駅から直接行けるのがとてもいいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前の先生もとてもいい先生でしたが、今診てもらっている女性の先生も凄くいい先生です。
減薬に成功し、よくお話を聞いてくださるので体調面でも精神面でも落ち着いて居ます。
これからも診てもらいたいですが、ネット予約での予約の埋まり方が以前と段違いでたまに疲れてるように見えて心配です。
本当に素敵な先生なので、どうか休息をとりつつ、また突然辞めてしまうということが無いことを祈ります。
分散が上手くされているのか、待合室が人でごった返していたり待ち時間が長いと言ったことも無くスムーズかつ、とても清潔感があり綺麗ですので、パニック障害を持っている自分でも安心して通えます。
立地上周りに人が多すぎない環境もとてもいいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長の存在が消されてかなり不信感を感じています。今の院長も前の院長も、最初は体調不良と説明されるのですが、その後顔を合わせることなくHPからも写真等が削除されます。今日は「院長が帰っちゃったんで僕が担当します」と男性医師に言われましたが、院長がそんな無責任な人とは思えません。きちんと診て下さっていた前院長と今の院長、丁寧だったスタッフさんまで総入れ替わりしていていよいよ怖くなりました。正直もう通いたくないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これまで通っていたクリニックが閉鎖する為、転院の為に同院で初診の予約をさせて頂いておりましたが、その2週間後に、感染症対策の観点から新規のお客様は受け入れられないことになりました、との連絡を受けました。
昨今の状況から、その方針自体は理解できるのですが、決まって以降の新規予約をストップするのではなく、遡及して予約が取り消しになるののは驚きです。
それでも我慢して、初診の受付を再開できるようになったら連絡くださいとお願いしましたが、それはできませんとの回答でした。なぜ？
代りに初診の受け入れをしている(感染症対策がなされている)
関連医院?のとりわたり内科・心療内科を斡旋されましたが、そこへは自分で改めて電話をして予約しろとのことです。
(つまり同院では、新規患者を受け入れられるだけの感染症対策ができなていないということですので、どうか既存患者様もお気を付け下さい。)
結果、既に同院宛で診断書を用意していたのが無駄となり、
氏名・生年月日・電話番号といった個人情報を提供しただけに終わりました。
また、電話対応を頂いた女性の方は今回の非礼を詫びることはなく、終始、相手するのが面倒くさそうな感じが見受けられました。
医師の方自体は素晴らしいのかもしれませんが、今後、同院を利用することはないでしょう。尤も、先方からお断りを受けているのですが、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで通ってきた病院の中で一番最悪でした。心理テストもかなり適当だった。認知療法の話になると提携の病院へと言われました。寝れていないし薬が無いので、提携の病院の予約までの日数分貰えないかと何回も頼んでも断られて看護師さんに頼んだら出して貰える事になりました。その後はカウンセリング？の予約と言い受付の方が自費7000円のカウンセリングを2週間ごと必ずと言われて、保険内で出来る診察でお願い出来ないかと断ると今度は1000円のカウンセリングを2週間必ずと言われて、保険内の診察のみは出来るのか？と聞いたところ出来るとのこと（説明が不十分過ぎて良くわかりません）提携の病院にうつるとの事だったのに何故かこちらの病院でも予約を1週間後にしてくださいと言われて、質問するとそれもミスだったようです。さらに処方箋もこちらが言うまで出し忘れていました。あまりにも適当な対応で受付の方はアルバイトか何かなのでしょうか？私が帰り切る前におしゃべりしていました。
立地も良くきちんとした内装でしたのに残念です、もう行かないと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ウェブ予約が出来るし、先生も指名出来るので便利だなと感じています。電話しなくてもホームページから予約すれば時間の節約にもなるし、待つことへのストレスも感じなくて済むので有難いです。診療時間も19時までと長い時間病院を開けてくれているので、仕事終わりでも通いやすいです。

派遣切にあい、次の仕事を紹介して貰うために必要な書類でしたので本当に助かりました!
電車で行く人にはアクセスも良いし、受付や看護師の対応もプロでした。
当たり前が当たり前にある、中々ない良質な医療機関だと思いました。
