穴子天そば(550円)ネギ増(30円) この値段でこの天ぷらがトッピングされるなんて………と、思うくらい立派な穴子。ツユは大正7年の創業から続く自家製ツユ。見た目は濃そうだけど、実はスッキリ。そばは太め。個人的にはもう少し細い方がツユに合いそうかなと……勝手に思ってみました(笑)

乗換え時に利用。 30年前近く前から東神奈川のホームといえばこの香り。 色の濃ゆい出汁にとっってもしっかりしたカツオ。そうそうこれこれ。 あーーー、、つゆうめぇ〜!! この辺の駅そば界ではトップのつゆと思ってます。いやもう星7つ。 ただ、 改札ホームなのに交通系マネー使えないところで星マイナス2。 まぁそんなん痛くも痒くもないですよね。
Used when transferring. This scent has been the home of Higashi-Kanagawa for almost 30 years. A very solid bonito with a deep-colored soup stock. Oh yeah this this. Ahhhhhhhhhhh! !! I think it is the top soup in the station soba world around here. No, it's already 7 stars. However, Star minus 2 where you can't use transportation money even though it's a ticket gate home. Well, it doesn't hurt or itchy.

東神奈川駅構内にある立ち食いそば。 いつもお出汁のいい香りを漂わせています。 前回はサッパリしたものが気分だったので山菜そばにしましたが、ずっと気になっていた穴子天そば! 二度目の利用で、気になっていた穴子天と気になっていた冷やし両方味わえる「冷やし穴子天そば」を頼みました。 前回も思ったのですが、スープの色がとても濃いので味も濃いのかと思いきや、お出汁がきいていて濃すぎず美味しい。 そばは立ち食いそばクオリティですが、お出汁が美味しいのでわたしは許容範囲。 そして店頭でもおすすめしている穴子天。 わたしには穴子天が大きすぎでした。 そして、ふわっふわの穴子を勝手に想像していたので、穴子が思ったより薄く、衣がぶ厚かったのに少しショックをうけました。(そのため☆-1) でもお出汁は美味しいし他の種類も食べてみたいと思えるのと、店内古いですが、掃除が行き届いている感じがして清潔感があるので☆4です。

前回訪問時には売り切れだった「穴子天そば」を食べたくて再訪問。巨大で美味しい穴子天と柚子が絶妙のマッチング。汁も見た目ほど濃くなくて全部飲んでしまいました。
I visited again because I wanted to eat "Conger eel Tensoba" which was sold out at the time of my last visit. The huge and delicious conger eel and yuzu are a perfect match. The juice wasn't as thick as it looked and I drank it all.

東神奈川駅の駅そば屋さん。 京浜東北線上り線ホームの横浜寄り階段下にあって、4〜5人入ればいっぱいになるような小さなお店です。 ここのイチオシは穴子そば550円。 丼からはみ出した大きな穴子天が特徴です。 また、穴子天の上にさり気なく載せられた柚子が風味を豊かにしてくれています。 JR東日本の駅そば屋は関連会社の運営店舗が大半を占めるようになって、特徴の無い店ばかりなので、ここには頑張って続けてほしいと思います。

朝、東神奈川駅の階段を下りてる時に出汁の匂いに惹かれてふらふらとたぬきそば(360円)を食べてみました。そば自体は出汁をまといいい感じにヌメっとしてて独特な旨さがあります。でも出汁は化学調味料ぽい舌の奥でピリッとくるような苦手な味でした。
In the morning, when I was going down the stairs at Higashi Kanagawa Station, I was attracted to the smell of soup stock and tried fluffy Tanuki soba (360 yen). The soba itself has a unique taste with a nice soup stock. However, the soup stock had a bad taste like a chemical seasoning, which was tingling in the back of my tongue.

JR東神奈川駅は横浜線、京浜東北線、根岸線が走り、改札を出ると京急の駅もあって羽田空港に行くために乗り換えるのにも便利な駅です。 京急は仲木戸駅から京急東神奈川駅に改名されたようですね。 JR東神奈川駅の3, 4番線ホームには和風の出汁が漂っており、それに吸いよされるように日栄軒という立ち食いそば屋があります。 首都圏の立ち食いそば屋は鉄道会社が仕切ってから、すっかり味が落ちてしまってガッカリさせられることが多くなってきました。 日栄軒はJRとは別で独立して営業しているようで、味に期待をして食べに行きました。 ホームを横浜駅方面に歩いていくと、味のある趣ある雰囲気の店がありました。 5人ほどで満員になる店舗にはひっきりなしに客が入れ替わっていました。 私は駅の立ち食いそばに麺の質は要求しておらず、つゆの出汁感だと思っています。 そばは予め茹でてあるのでブヨブヨでも仕方がないものと割り切っています。 そうじゃないと早く提供できないからです。 つゆについて、残念ながら期待したような味ではなく、香りの割に出汁感がなく美味しさを感じるものではありませんでした。 もしかしたら日によってバラツキがあるのかもしれませんが、私は美味しく感じられませんでした。 ただ、長さが30センチほどもある大きなアナゴ天を550円という値段で食べられるのは貴重です。 老舗の奮起に期待しつつ、またいつの日か食べたいです。

It’s just a simple reataurant which only offer great taste of the food, no fancy things, no seat, no cozy table, no great ambience, just in the middle of two rail tracks, easy access, quick serving... It serves hot noodle, either udon or soba in tasty soup & various choces of toppings... The menu displays in pictures, then order by purchasing ticket, no need to understand japanese neither speak to its owner... great taste in a very reasonable less expensive between JP¥ 380-470, affordable ain’t it?
