とにかく上から目線、確かにエクストレイルの安いグレードで話をしましたが、エクストレイルだと言っているのに、マーチなどを進めて来て、予算がギリギリだと言うと見積書すら作ろうとしなかった。
日産のイメージが最悪になったDです。

まず社員が客の話しを全く聞いていない
注文しても忘れるし後々かかってくる料金は一切伝えて来ない
契約完了する前で気付いたからまだ良かったが契約が終わってたらどれだけ料金がかかるのかも分からずに乗るところだった
聞いてなくても請求されたら支払わなくてはならないから本当にかかってくるお金とかの重要なことはしっかり伝えてほしい
