昼ごはん時に入店。店内はとても広々としていました。 ハンバーグにライスとスープのセットを頼みましたがハンバーグはとても美味しいと言えず、日替わりスープみたいなのも取り放題ですが具がほとんど入っておらず味も質素。ドリンクバーのラテも薄味で美味しくない。しかし値段が安いので安かろう悪かろうなのでしょうか。いくら安いと言ってもあれはもう行こうと思いませんね。言うならば、「広い、安い、まずい」ですね。 同じくらいの価格帯であるサイゼリヤの凄さがよくよく分かります。

ランチで利用。来店時の席への誘導が遅すぎる。席はガラガラだったのになんであんなに対応が遅れるのか不思議だ。黒髪のパート?社員?の接客態度は最悪。2度と利用しない。

店に入ってすぐ消毒やら体温測定やらはいいが、席への案内が遅すぎるし、きちんと席まで案内しない。昼間に行ったが空席目立ち、そこまで混んでいないのに、当の女性2人が無駄話に夢中でこっちを無視。呆れる。他のレビューでもあったが、きちんと席に案内しないのは最悪。自分たちの行動で店が悪く見られ、他のバイト、従業員、店長に迷惑をかけているという意識はないのだろうか。まあ、あればこういう行動はしないだろう。私が投稿した時点で評価3.3。他の近くの店に比べて圧倒的に低いのは理由のないことではなかった。わざわざここに行く意味がない、というか昼間に行って空席が目立つ時点で終わっている。

Slow service and they ignore customers. I waited nearly 20mins to have seated and finally when I got a table, it turned out that there are many table left with dirty plates. They could give us a table more quicker if they knew how to clean up the table and manage the multiple tables. I would say they are defo understaffed. Put more staff to improve services.
