回数重ねたら 大抵は 面倒そうな接客態度だったりされる事も多くなるものかと考えてましたが こちらの お店は一度もありませんね。
近所に同じ系列の大きな本屋サンになかった本が藁にもすがる思いで電話して聞いてみたら３冊あったときには マジで驚いて３冊買ってしまいました(o^^o)
No matter how many times I made inquiries by phone and how many times I went to buy, there was no unpleasant response.
I was wondering if there would be a lot of customer service that would seem to be a hassle after repeated times, but I don't have this store at all.
I called a book that I couldn't find in a big bookstore San in the same neighborhood in the same direction as a straw, and when I asked for it, I was surprised and bought 3 books (o^^o).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 書店の真ん前（ロッテリア横）に、あいちトリエンナーレ豊田まちなか会場のインフォメーションセンターがあります。ラグビーワールドカップの際は、同じくインフォメーションセンターが併設されます。名鉄豊田市駅の改札口を出てすぐ階段を降りればすぐあります。色々な情報もゲットできるので、ぜひ顔を出してください。
In front of the bookstore (next to Lotteria), there is the information center of the Aichi Triennale Toyota Machinaka. An information center will also be added to the Rugby World Cup. Just go out the ticket gate of Meitetsu Toyotashi Station and go down the stairs. You can get a lot of information, so please come out.

対応は店員さんで決まります。店が狭いので障害者の方は店員さんに言って対応してもらった方が良いです。
ラノベやマンガの割合がかなりしめてます。
I have been using it for about 10 years.
Correspondence is decided by the clerk. Since the store is small, people with disabilities should ask the clerk to take care of it.
The ratio of light novels and manga is quite high.
