車で入るとショールームから出てきて誘導してくれます。

過去にも、当方の車で修理をお願いしたが、古い車なのに気持ち良く修理できました。
新車を買う際には、こちらを利用します。
The atmosphere is very different from the Shonandai store.
In the past, we requested repairs with our car, but we were able to repair it comfortably even though it was an old car.
Use this when buying a new car.

民間車検は安いですが車の整備とかは命に関わることなので、
多少高くてもこちらにお願いしちゃいますね。
この前もタイヤ交換とドライブレコーダーを付けて貰いました。

簡単な質疑応答も満足に成立しない。基本的なビジネスマナー、接客スキルが著しく低い。
As usual, there are only bad staff.
Even a simple question and answer session is not satisfactory. Basic business etiquette and customer service skills are extremely low.
