★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供のイベント撮影用にビデオカメラを購入。他の電気店より安かった。他店は、そこから値引交渉が可能かも。だけどキタムラならではの購入特典が沢山あってお得感が高い。三脚とかは他店の方が数もあり安かった。

店内は広くゆったりしています。
カメラ本体の他、レンズ、三脚、アクセサリー諸々置いてありました。
中古品も取り扱っており、条件が合えば購入もありかなと思いました。
更に昔々のカメラも置いてあり、とても格安。使用するしないに関わらず、撮影の小道具として、インテリアとしてでも購入はありかなと思いました。
初めて訪れたので、全てが新鮮でした。

詳しくカメラの修理の事を聞こうとしてお話したら、こっちの話とかあまり聞かず、勝手に決めつけられたので、これ以上は決めつけられすぎて、こっちの話を聞いてもらえそうにないと判断したため、切り上げて。
橋南になる、もう1つのキタムラ松江店まで行ったら、店長さんが事細かに見てもらえて、これ以上だと修理になりお金が発生するので、1度メーカーに初期不良かそうではないのか聞いた方がいいと言われたので、カメラの修理なら、橋南のカメラのキタムラ松江店で修理行くなら行った方がよいと思った。

あまりにムカついて…。
携帯から写真プリントしました。
分からず手こずっていると、店長さん（金子さん）が来て教えてくれましたが、教える対応が悪く偉そうな態度でびっくり。
文句たらしい事も言われました。
レジのおばさんも対応悪。
店長があんな店長だと、店員も店員なんだなと思いました。
写真が出来た後、店長がレジをしましたが態度悪…
威圧感やば…
次から行きたくないなと思いました。
