★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リノベの見学会へ行き、相談させていただきました。その時は立ち話だったのであまり深く話は聞けませんでしたが、翌週に事務所に伺わせていただき、お話しさせていただきました。心配性な性格なので、何度も確認をしてしまい長時間のお話となってしまいましたが、一貫して笑顔で対応していただきました。こちらのわがままで長引いてしまったのにも関わらず、飲み物のお代わりや、帰り際にお土産もいただき、感無量でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築年数が経過している戸建住宅のリノベーションをお願いしました。畳の部屋から洋室に変えて下さり、間取りを大きく変えたり、営業のSさんや大工さんを困らせたと思います。ですが、嫌な顔せずに親身に対応して下さいました。
かなりの変貌に驚きました!!築34年ほど経過していたのに新築のような仕上がりで、とても満足致しました。
福の家さんに決めて良かったです。
ご近所さんもお茶飲みにきて、福の家さんを紹介出来たので引き続きお付き合いお願い致します。
