★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハイブランドのお店らしく、スタッフの方は皆さん接客が良く、年間で１度くらいしか購入しないのにとても親切に説明して頂きました。コロナ禍で気持ちも塞ぎがちですが、とても良い買い物ができました。
 It seems to be a high-brand shop, and all the staff are very good at serving customers, and they kindly explained to me that I only buy it once a year. I tend to feel sick with the corona, but I was able to make a very good purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は狭く品揃えも良くないです。現在は爆買いの方々がいないので、時間があれば都内へ行ったほうが良いです。新作をふらっと見に行くだけならしつこい接客もなく商品を見やすいです。購入意思をみせるとしっかりと対応していただけます。
The inside of the store is small and the product lineup is not good. Currently, there are no people who buy bombs, so if you have time, you should go to Tokyo. If you just go to see the new product, it is easy to see the product without persistent customer service. If you show your intention to purchase, you will be able to respond firmly.

もう二度と利用する事はない。

混んでる時は結構待つこともあるけど、その時の対応もとても上手なので全然不快ではありません。
前回はブレスレットを見にいきましたが、女性スタッフさんがとてもフレンドリーで会話が弾んでしまい、ついつい購入してしまいました。
また男性スタッフさんが、身に付けていた某アイドルグループのグッズに気づいてくれて話しかけてくれたのがとても嬉しかったです。

When it's crowded, I sometimes wait a long time, but I'm very good at dealing with it, so it's not unpleasant at all.
Last time I went to see the bracelet, but the female staff was very friendly and the conversation was lively, so I just bought it.
Also, I was very happy that the male staff noticed the goods of a certain idol group that I was wearing and talked to me.

買おうかなと思う物は、大抵、展示品だったりするので、ちょっと抵抗があります。最近は客に白手袋もつけさせませんし、アルコール消毒をした手で触っていますから。
商品説明がしっかりできるスタッフさんも少ないんです。でも出来る人はかなり出来る。接客も素敵な方とダメな方といるんです。要は統一されておらず、当たり外れが大きな店舗だなと感じました。
昔はもっと良い店舗だったんですけれどね。。。

There are few staff who can explain the product well. But there are quite a few people who can. There are some people who are nice and some who are not good at serving customers. In short, it wasn't unified, and I felt that it was a big hit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星1も付けたくないです。接客が最悪。人を選んで接客してます。浦和のルイヴィトンは、いかにもな気取った客にしか丁寧な接客をしないのでしょうか？欲しい商品はありましたが、浦和の店員からは購入したくなかったので、銀座並木通り店まで行き、購入しました。並木通りの店員さんはとても親切で、浦和との差にビックリでした。もう二度と行きません。
I don't want to add 1 star. The customer service is the worst. I choose people to serve customers. Does Urawa's Louis Vuitton only serve polite customers? I had a product I wanted, but I didn't want to buy it from a Urawa clerk, so I went to the Ginza Namiki-dori store and bought it. The clerk on Namiki-dori was very kind and I was surprised at the difference with Urawa. I will never go there again.

品揃えを考えたら都内の店舗の方がいいかもしれない。が、ゆっくり落ち着いて買い物をするならこちらの店舗だなと思いました。
A male clerk politely served customers with a reasonable sense of distance.
Considering the product lineup, stores in Tokyo may be better. However, I thought it would be this store if you want to shop slowly and calmly.

最近はあまり行かなくなりましたが、マネージャーさんに接客して頂ける様になってまた行こうかなと思いましたが品揃えは多く無いです。
品揃えや品数を見たいので有れば松屋銀座店か表参道店がオススメです。
