タ	タカ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 論外です。オープンして1ヶ月頃に来たとき以来の来店でしたが、店内の真っ赤な椅子が落ち着いた椅子に変わってるなどメニューの種類も増えてバリエーションが増えて努力されてるんだなと感じてました。亀岡唯一の個人店だったので知人を伴って入店しました。券売機は実物がどれなのか見辛くはありましたがラーメンだけなら個人的に★３つほどでしたが、、、ジャンボ餃子を注文させて頂いて食べたのですが一口食べると中がぬるく食感もムニャっとしてたので中を確認すると生でした。知人は既に１個丸々食べてしまってましたので手遅れで私も半分食べてから気付きました。すぐに店員さんに報告し新しい餃子を焼いてくださいましたが、二人共生の豚挽肉を食べてしまいました。流石にやって良いミスと駄目なミスがあると思います。その後私共が食中毒になる恐れが有る事案に対して「すみません、直ぐに取り替えます。」と商品間違え程度の対応でした。それは大変危険ではないかと思います。この後食中毒になったとしても何も言いませんが、亀岡でラーメンを食べる際の選択肢からは外させていただきます。調理人としての認識が甘すぎて他の仕事もそうなんだろうかと思ってしまいました。はっきり言って論外です。 It's out of the question.
