m	masa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ セレナを見に行きましたが、試乗車がその日は出払っていて見れませんでした。そのこと自体は全く問題無いのですが。別の試乗可能日を提案してくれたらいいのですが、特に勧めることもなく。正直やる気がみられないし、売る気もないなあというのが第一印象でした。車の特徴などセールス的な説明を求めてみたものの、特にしていただけませんでした。じゃあ見積もりを依頼したとて、仕様が決まらないと出せない。じゃあ仕様にどういった選択肢があるかをまずお客に提示してくれないと、客としても仕様を提示できません。押し問答しているみたいです。ここまでくると、セールスマン存在価値無しですね。このような対応でも販社が傾かないのは、日産の車って売れているでしょうね。最後には、別の来客があるのでそそくさと帰ってくださいとまで言われましたので、有難く帰りました。単に別のセールス担当にバトンタッチすれば良いだけと思うのですがね。京都人の方がまだうまい帰し方しますよね。なかなか刺激的で類まれな商談にもならない商談でした。 I went to see Serena, but I couldn't see the test drive because I was paying out on that day.
