家電や携帯など詳しくない人にもわかりやすかったです。
 All the staff who responded were quick to work, and they kindly taught me what I didn't understand and responded.
It was easy to understand even for people who are not familiar with home appliances and mobile phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SHARPの両開き冷蔵庫を買いに色々店を見てここが一番安くて配送が早かった、定員さんも、女性だったが、丁寧で接客対応が良かった。しかし、10年保証をつけるため、エディオンクレジットカードを新規申込みしたがつくれなかった。他のカードは作れて買い物に使ってるのに、なぜかよくわからない。
I looked at various stores to buy SHARP's double-door refrigerator, and it was the cheapest and the fastest delivery. The capacity was also female, but it was polite and the customer service was good. However, I applied for a new EDION credit card to get a 10-year warranty, but I couldn't make one. I can make other cards and use them for shopping, but I'm not sure why.

娘は夏に冷蔵庫の購入したけれど、当日品物がないと言われ、あやうく冷たい飲み物を我慢する数週間を過ごすところでした。個人的にですが、電気屋さんは男性に同行してもらうが安心します。
今日は冷蔵庫の購入に、光回線の割引をつけてもらいたく商談していたところ、コミファ光の優れた担当者にあたり、一気に契約まで進みました。
ネット関係は携帯ショップのような窓口がないのは基本ですが、対応して下さった方が
「何かあったらいつでもいらしてください」と窓口的役割を申し出てくださり、安心して契約できました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to the store to initially get some phone from Rakuten and change my internet plan too, staff immediately entertained us but when I told them I have to change my plan they said I have to make a reservation so we went out. We went to different places and just decided to just get a new phone from Apple at Edion -well to make things easier, but the store didn’t have any stock at the moment, so they told us to need to reserve thru the website so we did. After 6 days I received an email about 6:28 that they already have stocks so I immediately went to store and they handed me quickly when I showed them the reservation number. I got the phone in less that 5 minutes. I was expecting it was longer than 2 weeks because we also reserved the iPhone 13 Pro at the Apple official website but and the delivery would take 2 weeks.
I’m also glad they didn’t wrapped the phone into plastic or gave me paper bags that I will never use again.
