★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 首都圏から引っ越し来て、唯一の都銀のありがたさに感謝していた頃が懐かしい！と言わなければならない状況となりました。この支店固有の問題ではないですが、2020年からみずほ銀行は低コストで良いサービスの提供を停止しました。主に他行振込手数料とコンビニATM手数料の無料扱いが大幅に縮小しますが、これで口座は残高なしの開店休業になりました。別な理由でみずほ銀行の口座は整理方向で奇しくも時期が一致しましたが、これも何かの縁かも知れません。
今まで利用させて頂きありがとうございました。
I miss the time when I moved from the metropolitan area and was grateful for the only city bank! It became a situation that I had to say. Although not a problem specific to this branch, Mizuho Bank stopped offering good service at low cost from 2020. Mainly, the free handling of transfer fees to other banks and ATM fees at convenience stores will be significantly reduced, but this has closed the account with no balance. For another reason, Mizuho Bank's accounts were arranged at the same time, but this may have something to do with it.
