竣工は1975年(昭和50年)とまもなく築半世紀となるマンションです。
地上5階建てですがエレベーターは設置されていません。
築50年近くのためデザインは公営団地のような雰囲気ですが側面がタイル張りになっている点が公営団地さを感じさせない点でもあります。
間取りは3Kまたは2DKで43平米と夫婦で住むには問題ないですが、子供ができると無理が出てくるサイズ感です。
オートロックという単語があったかも怪しい時代なので先進的な設備は期待できません。
水周りもリフォームされていなければ昭和の雰囲気が全開なので耐えられるかは内見は必須です。
その一方で家賃は4万円/月程度、購入しても200万円とイマドキの軽自動車と変わらないので5年以上住むつもりであればいっそのこと購入してしまう選択肢もアリではないかと思いますが、数年後に売却できるかは懐疑的なので賃貸が無難です。
マンションの敷地内に駐車場も100台分程度が用意されています。
