は	はーさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 騙されて嘘の請求されそうになりました。注意して下さい！！タイヤ交換のWeb予約の後に予約確認の電話が女性からかかってきて、「車の大小に関わらず4WDは追加料金がかかる」と言われ高い料金を提示されます。理由が分からないし納得できないのでキャンセルしました。後日、昼間に電話して別の人(男性の方)に確認したところ、全ての4WDに追加料金がかかる訳ではなく、乗用車サイズのうちの車は追加料金なしと言われました。何度もしつこく確認しましたが、間違いないと自信をもって言われました。念の為、別のタイヤセンター2店舗にも電話して確認しましたが、お兄さんと同じ答えで、乗用車サイズの4WDで追加料金は取らないと言われたので、間違いありません。にも関わらず、再度WEB予約をして女性から電話がかかってきて、また「車の大小に関わらず4WDは追加料金がかかる」と言います。意味が分かりません。このお姉さんがピンはねしてのでしょうか？もしくは顧客を騙して嘘の請求をする会社なのでしょうか？別の店舗にも確認して、うちの車は追加料金無しを確認していると伝えたところ、渋々追加料金無しで良いですよ、と嫌そうに言われました。 I was deceived and was about to be charged a lie. be careful! !!
