★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リーズナブルないいお店です。和牛にしては硬いのでコスパは難しいところです。従業員の方が非常に気さくで居心地のいいお店です。しかし、いつも混んでるのでソーシャルディスタンスは無縁です。
また、狭い店内ですのでタバコが煙いです。子供連れには適してるとも言いがたいです。
コスパと店員さんが良かったので3.2点
It's a reasonably priced shop. Cospa is difficult because it is hard for Wagyu beef. The shop is very friendly and cozy for employees. However, because it is always crowded, social distance is irrelevant.
Also, because it is a small store, cigarettes are smoking. It is hard to say that it is suitable for families with children.
3.2 points because the cospa and the clerk were good

地下の男性店員さん、肉に熱くて会話がたのしいです。またお邪魔します。
２月から日曜日はお休みになりました。

ランチだとかなり1000円くらいでお得に食べられます。
地下もあって、席数も多い。
ただ、喫煙可なので、いい服では行かないです。

このハラミはエンジニアリングハラミでしょうか。
牛脂を注入したタイプだなと思いました。
ハラミを精肉したことがあるのですが、この厚みは出ませんからね。
しかし、柔らかくジューシーで、甘めの味噌が合う。以前はニンニクたっぷり
のハラミもあったのですが、最近は網が汚れるからかメニュー落ちした
ようですね。
店員さんも皆気さくで値段もリーズナブル。
あと、このお店に来たら外せないのは、自家製ショウガエールの甘いほう。
