か	かおりんOSAKA,JP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんと！2022年3月12日〜18日まで、店舗リニューアルのため、休業中です。前日、Yogiboカスタマーセンターに電話で御堂筋店に明日行く予定なこと、リペアサービスでアイテムを持ち込むことをお話して、見積もりをしていただきました。娘夫婦たちを一緒に行く約束をしていたのに、当日、御堂筋店のGoogleビジネスプロフィールを検索で見つけると「臨時休業」と表示されていて驚きました。カスタマーセンター、ダメじゃん！スマホで検索してなかったら、無駄足を踏むところでした。大阪府下で、リペアサービスをしているところは、御堂筋店とりんくうシークル店だけしかなく、急遽、りんくうの方に行きましたが、本来は土日曜のリペアの受付はお断りしてるとのこと。カスタマーセンターとの経緯を理解して、特例で受け付けてくださいました。結局、期間限定のリペア50%オフキャンペーンをとても有り難く使わせていただきましたが、情報の連携がめちゃくちゃです。来店購買促進のキャンペーンだと思うのですが（新規のアイテムも購入しました）ファンを裏切るかもしれないザルなプロモーションは、見直された方が良いと思います。 What!
