★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整備工の方々やベテラン店員の方々はやはり大変優秀で親切丁寧だと思います。
説明も整備も確実かと思われます。
しかしながら女性店員の方々等が大変不親切かつ不慣れな様子でマトモにオイルゲージすら見れないという事がありました。
このようなレベルの方にクルマを触らせるのは少々不信感があります…
決して悪いお店ではないと思いますがなるべく慣れていそうな方に受付を任せる事をオススメ致します。

It seems that the explanation and maintenance are reliable.
However, there were times when the female clerk and others seemed very unfriendly and unfamiliar and could not even see the oil gauge on Matomo.
It's a little distrustful to let people at this level touch the car ...
I don't think it's a bad shop, but we recommend that you leave the reception to someone who seems to be accustomed to it.

店舗自体は目的を持って利用したため、品揃え等に関しては詳しくないので評価していません。
The parking lot was a little small, and I was surprised by a forcible driver (general customer).
Since the store itself was used for a purpose, I am not familiar with the product lineup, so I have not evaluated it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金田に来たとき立ち寄ります。普通のカーショップです。店内はレジ以外店員さんがいないので商品詳細を聞きたいときレジに行き担当者を呼ばないといけません。整備は木更津市内では多く入ってるので事前に予約した方がよいです。駐車場は広いです。
I will stop by when I come to Kaneda. It's an ordinary car shop. There is no clerk in the store other than the cashier, so when you want to hear the product details, you have to go to the cashier and call the person in charge. There are many maintenances in Kisarazu city, so it is better to make a reservation in advance. The parking lot is large.

女性店員に応対してもらいました。可もなく不可もなしでした。
会計時にいろいろオプションを勧められました。このタイミングで余計なことを考えさせるなよ！と、ちょっと迷惑に感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 便利ですがけして安いというわけでは無いです。ディーラーよりは安い程度。その分、商売熱心なので合わない人はいらっしゃるかも。オイル交換会員もお得そうに見えましたが、オイル単価が高い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてイエローハットさんにてオイル交換していただきました。オートバックスは持ち込みがNGになり、今後はイエローハットさんにお世話になろうかと思いました。
専用のイエローファイルで管理しやすく、メカニックの若い方も礼儀正しく、オイル交換以外にも整備漏れしている点を指摘してくださり、大変助かりました。オートバックスではあり得ない事でしたので軽く感動しました。
ただフィルターの値段は高いですね、
For the first time, Mr. Yellow Hat changed the oil. I wasn't able to bring in AUTOBACS, so I thought I'd be indebted to Mr. Yellow Hat in the future.
It was easy to manage with a dedicated yellow file, and even young mechanics were polite and pointed out that maintenance was missing in addition to oil changes, which was very helpful. I was lightly impressed because it was impossible with AUTOBACS.
