か	かとうしん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏場の工場内は通気性が無くかなり熱がこもります。勤務していた当日もノルマ的に切迫していたのでしょうか、水分休憩などとれないままラインが動いていて近くに配置されていた女性がうずくまる場面を目撃しました(水分取りたいと申告していたけど企業スタッフに今ライン止めれないから難しい、みたいな会話をしてた)。責任者？の用な男性に水分休憩はあったほうが良いと他のスタッフ方が促していたが「俺は喉乾きいだけど喉乾いてない」という男性責任者の方？が話されてたのが聞こえてきて本当にゾッとしました。倒れられた女性もまずは命に別状なく良かったと思います。あと他の男性社員の方も威圧的な対応の方が多い感じが見受けられますので、勤務される際には充分気を付けられた方が良いようです。大きい企業だけに労働環境(たまたまこの管理者だけ？？)改善される事を期待致します。あと勤務前に腰痛や手首痛など重たい物を持つ前提の質問を勤務前に念を押される様にされたのですが、そういう勤務可能な身体的制限をかけるよりも取り扱い品が重量物なのはこれからも変わらないのですから、いかにケガをしないための(身体負担の軽減)システムを構築する事と万が一怪我をしてしまった際の備えを(請け負い派遣ではそれが充分宛がわれない場合多いです)万全にされていった方が良いのではないかと感じました。 There is no ventilation in the factory in summer and considerable heat buildup.
