本当に美しい蕎麦で香り、喉越しを充分に楽しむ事が出来ます。
旬を生かした山菜料理や漬物や煮物のシンプルなお膳がお得ですが蕎麦は伸びない様に3回に分けて出てきます。自宅に招かれたような感覚で頂く蕎麦御膳は最高です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回、西村屋さんを選んだのは、権三郎さんが混んでいたから。水蕎麦は無いけれど、まあ、いいかなと言うことで。
蕎麦の薫り立つと言うことは無いけど、さっぱりした味のもり蕎麦です。お椀に2杯の蕎麦が付いた山菜セットと蕎麦セットを頂きました。
女性二人で切り盛りしているので、五卓のお客をさばくので精一杯。2回転はしないようで、開店後満席になると、もう売り切れ、入店お断りとなるようです。平日だから、数量限定なのかも。他の蕎麦店に比べて、一本奥に入ったところにあり、少し判りにくい。
民家を蕎麦店にしており、のんびりした雰囲気の中、若女将が忙しく動き回っていたのが印象的。宮古そば街道、山間にあっては珍しい存在であった。
電話番号、住所ともにナビで表示されず、とんでもないところに案内されてしまった。Googleでナビ検索してお越しになった方が安心ですよ‼️

Since it is a weekday, the quantity may be limited. Compared to other soba restaurants, it's a little harder to understand because it's located in the back.
It is impressive that the young proprietress was busy moving around in a laid-back atmosphere, with a private house as a soba shop. It was a rare existence in the mountains of Miyako Soba Highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11時35分入店で4人の先客あり。2人連れのお客さんとほぼ同時に入りました。車は6台分かな？待つこと30分。手間をかけたいい感じのお蕎麦でした。
Entered at 11:35 and there were 4 customers. I entered at almost the same time as a customer with two people. Is it enough for 6 cars? 30 minutes to wait. It was a nice soba that took time and effort.
