心斎橋筋の商店街を少し抜けたところにあるお店です。
注文はタッチパネル、そして直結レーンで商品が届くという新しい形の焼肉屋さんです。

まずはお通しから
サーロインの生ハムからスタート
こちらはなんとお変わり自由の生ハムでシンプルに胡椒が聞いていて美味かったです。
お肉はまず名物のねぎタン塩焼きから
牛タンの上に白ネギ、青ネギがたっぷり乗った一品です。
片面を焼き上げてレモンダレでシンプルにいただきます。
ネギのシャキシャキ感と牛タンの肉感が絶妙にマッチします。
赤身の部位はシンシンと厚切りハラミをチョイス
シンシンは一見脂身がありそうに見えて意外にあっさり
かつポン酢、にんにくを組み合わせてサンチュで巻いたらオリジナルの美味しさになります。
厚切りハラミは両面を焼きすぎす程よい焼き具合に仕上げたら、こちらはタレ、にんにくサンチュの組み合わせでいただき肉感を楽しみました。
メインともいえるレアステーキ風ユッケ
こちらは卵黄と細かく刻まれたユッケを混ぜ合わせて口の中へ
甘みと肉の食感がたまらない1品です。さらには韓国のりで巻くと新感覚が楽しめます。
最後はさっぱり冷麺で締めました。
会員特典などもある面白いお店でした。

First of all
Start with sirloin ham
This was a prosciutto-free ham, and it was delicious because I was listening to pepper.
First of all, the meat is grilled with the famous green onion tongue
It is a dish with plenty of white onion and green onion on beef tongue.
Bake one side and serve with lemon sauce.
The crispness of leek and the flesh of beef tongue are an excellent match.
For the lean part, choose Shinshin and thick sliced Harami

If you combine bonito with ponzu sauce and garlic and wrap it in a bun, you will get the original taste.

東心斎橋のこの地域は焼肉屋さんが結構ありますね。
外から店内が見えるのですが、通る度に結構お客さんが入ってるイメージ。
この日は平日だったと言うこともあり、店内はお客さんがまばら。
ここのお店が個人的に好きなのはテーブルオーダーと焼肉屋さんでは珍しく各席を通ったレーンでお肉が運ばれてきます。
所謂回転寿司みたいな。
テーブルオーダーなので、「すみません」といたいち店員さんを呼ぶ手間もないし、何をオーダーしていて、後どれが来てないのかもわかるのがいい。
肉はハラミ、焼きしゃぶ、モモ、ねぎ塩タン、ペラミステーキを注文。
後はユッケジャンスープ。
肉に関しては、まぁ可もなく不可もなく。
ハラミは美味しかったです。
残念なのはユッケジャンスープが値段の割に具材がほぼなく、スープがシャバシャバすぎる。
ユッケジャンスープが好きなだけにがっかりでした。
Second visit.
There are quite a few yakiniku restaurants in this area of Higashi Shinsaibashi.
You can see the inside of the store from the outside, but every time you pass there is quite a few customers.
Sometimes this day was a weekday, and the shop was sparsely packed with customers.
I personally like the shop here, where table orders and yakiniku are unusual, and meat is carried on the lane through each seat.
It's like a so-called conveyor belt sushi.
Because it's a table order, there's no need to call the clerk who says "I'm sorry," and it's good to know what you are ordering and which one is not coming later.
For the meat, I ordered harami, grilled shabu, peach, green onion salt tongue, and perami steak.
The rest is yukkejan soup.
When it comes to meat, it's neither bad nor bad.
Harami was delicious.
Unfortunately, the yukjeang soup has almost no ingredients for the price, and the soup is too shabby shaba.
I was disappointed as I liked the Yukkejan soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 疫情前在大阪旅遊,跑到心齋橋內街的「道頓堀みつる」黒毛和牛烤肉店,開業20年算得上老字號,牌上寫著「一頭買い焼肉 」,意即買入整頭黑毛和牛,將各部位製作成烤肉材料。店內也是使用平板電腦看圖下單,之後輸送帶會將烤肉自動送到。坐下發現午餐時段會有價格較低的一個定食餐牌。
午餐定食組合11:00-17:00 (¥1,800)
- 8款和牛部位選4款。約10件
- 4款主食選1款(有米飯?、冷麵、拉麵?等)
- 小食二選一
如果想再食多點,一律¥999/8件,按自己喜好的和牛部位下單添加。美中不足是沒有炭烤,但肉質夠Juicy,烤起來和牛油脂香氣十足,食完心情大好。埋單¥3,022 (HKD$213)性價比極高。服務員友善及樂於助人,因此對此店印像很好。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good beef sampler plates, quick service via automated conveyor belt delivery. Perfunctory service without much soul, should I expect it? Perhaps would have made our dining experience better. Small plates of vegetables cost 500Y, which make them more expensive than wagyu weight for weight, something's not right there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean modern restaurant serving bbq meat, mostly beef, with other meats available. We ordered the sampler of 500g assorted cuts. It was very good. Ordering is thru a tablet at the table, which sorted the language issue. Only complain is that the side dishes and vegetables were too pricey.
