★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬剤師の態度が悪すぎ。ジェネリック薬品が嫌なので正規の薬を希望したのに、説明なしでジェネリックを出された。電話して抗議したら意味不明な言い訳ばかりで一切謝罪の言葉なし。体の中に入る物なので、いい加減な薬局には2度と行かない。
The pharmacist's attitude is too bad. I didn't like generic drugs, so I requested a regular drug, but was given a generic without any explanation. If you call and protest, there is no apology at all without any excuse. Since it is inside the body, I will never go to a lazy pharmacy again.

薬剤師の威圧感が半端ない。
周りに病院があるから知らないで入ると酷い目にあいます。
入店して処方箋を持ってレジ前にいると奥で作業中の薬剤師が黙って指を指している。指した先は処方箋入れ。
今はコロナの影響もあるし仕方ないかと思っていたが、名前を呼ばれレジ前に立つと何か言ってる薬剤師。よく聞き取れず外国人の方なのかな？と思っていると、
薬を見せながら袋に入れて
｢これ使ったことある？｣
｢はい｣と答えると
｢じゃいいや｣(え?!)
袋に入れた薬をあんな狭いレジカウンターで投げてよこした薬剤師。
｢160円｣
お金を入れるトレーもその高さで投げ置く必要ないのにやっぱり投げてよこしました。
その後問い合わせの電話をしたがなかなか出ず、やっとでた女性事務員の第一声は
｢はい｣だけ。
名乗らないからアサヒ薬局さんですか？ときくしかなかった。
責任者の薬剤師が最悪だから事務員もそうなんだろうけど、もう二度と行かない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣にある耳鼻科に行ったので、すぐ目の前にあるこちらの薬局に処方箋を受け取りに行きました。
店内に入りましたが、入店音が鳴ったにも関わらず誰も人がいないし受付に来る様子もなし。
戸惑いながら奥を見るとこちらを全く見向きもせず男と女が談笑中。
こちらに完全に気づいているのに挨拶どころかどうしたらいいのか何も説明もなし。
目の前の受付カウンターに【処方箋入れ】と書かれたボックスがあったので、そこに処方箋の紙を入れて待っていると男の薬剤師が面倒くさそうに対応。
声もボソボソ小さいし外国人なのか？何を言ってるのか聞き取れないし、終始ぶっきらぼうでやる気のない態度。
病院の目の前にあったから来たけど、今はドラッグストアでも処方箋受け取れる所もあるし事前にクチコミ見れば良かったと大後悔！
絶対ここの薬局は行かない方が良いです。
ただでさえ具合悪いのに更に嫌な気持ちになるだけです。

You should never go to the pharmacy here.
Even though I'm sick, I just feel more uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業時間は午前8:30-午後18:00ですが、20時過ぎも営業しているようです。付き添いで薬局に行った時と男性薬剤師から電話が掛かって来たことがありましたが終始タメ口調であまり良い気分はしませんでした。
Business hours are 8:30 am-18:00 pm, but it seems to be open after 20:00. When I went to the pharmacy with my companion and I received a phone call from a male pharmacist, I didn't feel very good from beginning to end.
