今後の体制が二転三転して不信感。
子どもに対して先生による暴言が多々ある。
私にとっては安心して命を預けられるだけの保育園ではありませんでした。
認可だからといって安心できないことを実感しました。

結構、いや、かなり問題が多々あると思います。
入所時は、自分の子供を預けているのであまり強くかけない部分がありますし、言えないこともあると思います。
やはり、トップの問題なのでしょうか？？
もちろんしっかりされている方、努力されている方はいると思いますが、他の保育園を経験していると、比べてしまいます。
危うい部分、機能してないシステム、配慮が足りない部分を感じてしまいました。
何十年も経っている保育所にもそれなりの問題はありますが・・・『できたばかりだから仕方ない』では許されないこともあります。
組織の内部が不安定なことが保育にも影響し、そこから保護者とのトラブル、不振につながり、先生が辞めていくという負の連鎖を断ち切れない経営側の問題なのかな？

I felt a dangerous part, a non-functional system, and a lack of consideration.
There are some problems with nursery schools that are decades old, but there are times when "it can't be helped because it's just completed" is unacceptable.
Is it a problem on the management side that the instability inside the organization affects childcare, which leads to troubles and slumps with parents, and the negative chain of teachers quitting?
