剛	剛克 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間潰しのため新潟店を初めて訪問。結構混んでいるので、夫婦２人で座った席はカウンターの横並びの席なんですが(これはコロナ渦で座席制限をしているので納得)。しかし店内を良く見ると、パソコン操作をしてる若い女性が４人テーブルを１人で占拠。店の人はこの状況を見て何も思わないんですかね？(居座る女性は勿論) 私以外も２人で来店のお客様が席の確保に一苦労。値段・店の内装そこそこ、味は一流でも、客の座席のコントロールがこれでは困りますね。コロナ渦で座席に制限が有るなかで、如何に効率と顧客満足を高めるか大変かも知れませんが、一度良く考えた方が良いかと。 Visited the Niigata store for the first time to kill time.
