★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員が無愛想。子どもがここのホールケーキが好きなので、お正月とか注文していた。何度目かに頼んだときにポイントカードがあることを知った。今まで何度もホールケーキ頼んでいるのにそのとき一言も店員はポイントカードのこと言われなかった。「カードお持ちですか？」「おつくりしますか？」くらいいえるでしょ？カットケーキはどれも不作。
 The clerk is unfriendly. My child likes the whole cake here, so I ordered the New Year. I knew I had a point card when I asked for it several times. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ一年前くらいからこのお店でケーキを買うようになりました。ケーキの生クリームが甘すぎなくて、食べ終わるまで美味しく食べられる。優しい甘さの生クリームです。私のお気に入りのケーキ屋さん。
星一つマイナスなのは店員さんにもう少し愛想が欲しい。こればかりは教育だけではどうにもならない部分もあるので、今後に期待します。
I started to buy cakes at this shop for the past year or so. The fresh cream on the cake is not too sweet and you can eat it deliciously until you finish. A fresh cream with a gentle sweetness. My favorite cake shop.
One of the stars is minus, I want the clerk to be a little more amiable. There are some things that education alone cannot do, so I look forward to it.

カットケーキは小さめなので少し食べたい時は良いかと思います。スポンジの匂いが苦手です。クッキー美味しかったです。個人的にシフォンケーキ置いてほしいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越し先でケーキ屋を探し、かれこれ７店舗、いろんなケーキを食べてみましたがチロリヤンに勝るものは全然ありませんでした。。。
どのケーキ屋も甘くてくどくて最後にはもういいかな…て思うものばかりでしたが、チロリヤンのケーキは甘すぎず美味しい、生地が絶妙なバランスの甘さとやわらかさ、どのケーキも美味しい、最後まで幸せな気分で頂けるケーキ！！個人的には一番美味しいケーキ屋さん。
手土産コーナーのクッキーも人にプレゼントであげたら美味しい！と喜んでくれました。
また近くに行く機会があればぜひ買いたいな。
ポイントカードがあるのも魅力的。

今では良く見かけるスポンジにクリームを包むタイプの洋菓子を贈答用に購入。
バニラ、抹茶、いちご、黒糖マロンの4種類。
スポンジが割としっかりしていて、中のクリームはあっさりしている。
我が家では昔から何度となく食べている懐かしのお味。
直前のワガママな要望に対応してくれて感謝。

価格設定が他のケーキ屋さんよりもお手頃な感じがします。
それでいて、ケーキの味も見栄えも良いです。
スポンジにクリームが包まれたチロリヤン（商品）がお気に入り。
生まれ故郷にあった、同じ類いの洋菓子で違う名前で呼ばれているものを思い出させてくれる、懐かしさも感じさせてくれるチロリヤンが好きです。
