商品の発送は、日本国内に限らせて頂きますので、ご了承ください。
■京都市内（規定範囲あり）
・京都市内の当店の配達一律600円（税別）
・5000円（税別）以上無料（規定範囲あり）
■上記以外
ヤマト運輸にてお届けいたします。
・フラワーアレンジメントの送料全国一律（京都市内以外）1,000円（税別）
上記金額の中には、運送料以外に、梱包資材費、梱包手数料を含みます。
※フラワーアレンジメント以外の商品、規定範囲を超える商品につきましては、
個別で送料を設定しております。商品ページにてご確認ください。
＜お届け日の指定について＞
オンラインストアでのご注文は通常、お届け希望日の4日前（ex.３/25着なら3/21中）までにお願いしております。
（生花の場合は、必ずお届け日をご指定いただいております。）
＜お急ぎの場合は＞
お届け地域と商品内容によっては、当日もしくは翌日着を承ることができます。
075-205-4269までお電話にてご相談・ご注文下さい。
※トラブル防止のためお急ぎの場合、メールでのご注文は一切受付けておりません。

＜お届け先がご不在の場合＞
クロネコヤマト配達員がヤマト宅配便不在票をポストにお入れします。
お届け先様よりヤマト営業所にご連絡いただいた後、再配送となります。
なお、生花を使用した商品の保管期間は、お届け日を含め2日間とさせていただきます。
万が一、ご連絡が取れず、再配達ができなかった場合もご注文代金の返金はいたしかねますので、
予めご了承ください。
＜お店、病院、会社へのお届けの場合＞
「ご住所」の欄に店名や病院名、会社名をご入力いただき、「お名前」の欄にお受取人様のお名前をご入力下さい。
病院、結婚式場等の場所へのお届けは、受付へのお渡しをもってお届け完了とさせていただきます 。
＜スタンド花の配達について＞
スタンド花の配達はtutus flowersスタッフが担当致します。

＜海外からのご注文について＞
日本国外からのご注文も可能です。その場合、
お支払い方法は「Paypal」限定とさせていただきます。
お届け先は日本国内のお届け可能地域となります。
<注文キャンセルについて>
お客様のご都合でキャンセルされる場合、お届け希望日前日以降にご連絡頂いた場合は、
商品価格の全額をご請求させていただきますので、ご連絡はお届け希望日の2日前までに
tutus flowersへお電話にてご連絡ください。
商品の返品・交換について
商品の特性上、通常の返品、交換は承りかねます。
出荷時の商品の鮮度のチェック、梱包状態のチェックには100％の万全を期しております。
それでも、ごくまれにではございますが、輸送中の急激な温度変化による「しおれ」や「枯れ」、
配送業者の過失による箱内での転倒、上下反転等が発生する場合がございます。
万一、そのような問題が生じております場合は、誠にお手数ではございますが、
tutus flowersもしくは配達いたしましたクロネコヤマト営業所までご連絡下さいますようお願い申し上げます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもかわいいお花屋さんです。こまやかなカウンセリングで予算や希望に応じたアレジメントや花束を作ってくれます。普段使いのお花もたくさん置いてありました。ついついお家に飾りたくなります。お店の内外には884mmさんによるイラストが施されており、そこも見どころです！
It's a very cute flower shop. With careful counseling, we can make arrangements and bouquets according to your budget and wishes. There were a lot of flowers that I usually use. I want to decorate my house. The inside and outside of the shop has an illustration by 884mm, which is also a highlight!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長不在で別のスタッフさんにアレンジの予約を依頼しましたが、完成品はこちらのイメージとちょっと異なるものでした。(多分制作は店長さん)
またお花を入れる手提げ袋がふた回りぐらい小さく、とても窮屈でした。
口コミが良く期待していただけに少し残念でした。

Also, the carrying bag for flowers was as small as a lid, and it was very cramped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful shop with a large variety of plants and flowers to choose from. You can find almost anything you need here and if they don't have it right away in the store, custom orders are possible. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and I will be back.
