★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風景に溶け込んだ水車です、かつてヒエ・粟・豆類等の脱穀・製粉のためにゴトゴト働いていたようです。ただ建て替えてあまり経っていないために「歴史の重み」を感じることができないのが勿体ない。時間が経てばもっといい「味」が出るんでしょうね

出来れば集落散策をお薦めします。
川沿いの洗い場、立派なお庄屋を思わせる切り妻の豪邸、点在する素朴な板碑、軒下にぶら下がる鹿角、さりげなく咲き誇る季節の野の花。素晴らしい里山です。
The watermill itself is a new one, but it is a splendid watermill.
We recommend walking around the village if possible.
A washing place along the river, a mansion of a gable reminiscent of a magnificent manor house, rustic sculptures, dotted deer horns hanging under the eaves, and wild flowers blooming casually. It ’s a wonderful satoyama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ その名の通り水車小屋でまぁ水車だなぁとそのまんまの感想。行ったときは水が流れて水車が回っていたけど、なかで何かを製粉まではしていなかった模様。せっかくなので写真を撮る際にシャッタースピードを遅くて、動きを出してみた。
As the name suggests, it's a watermill, and it's a watermill. When I went there, the water was flowing and the water wheel was spinning, but it seems that I hadn't milled anything inside. Since it was a big deal, I slowed down the shutter speed when taking a picture and tried to move it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 単なる水車小屋。遠野物語の祖、佐々木喜善の生家の近くにある。キレイにリニューアルされてるので何の変哲もない。道路向かいに駐車場と公衆トイレと何故かおみくじがあるので駐車場にクルマを止め散策するのがよさそう。
Just a watermill. It is near the birthplace of Kizen Sasaki, the founder of Tohno Monogatari. It has been beautifully renewed, so there is nothing strange about it. There is a parking lot, a public toilet, and a fortune teller across the road, so it seems good to park your car in the parking lot and take a walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 直径２メートルほどの水車が回転していて、日夜しっかりと粉をひいています。間近で様子が見えるので迫力があります。水車小屋は綺麗に茅葺きが葺かれていて牧歌的な雰囲気です。横の引き戸を引くと車輪の動きが見えます。ダンノハナやデンデラ野の近くにあります。
A water wheel with a diameter of about 2 meters is rotating, and it is dusting well day and night. It is powerful because you can see the situation up close. The watermill is beautifully thatched and has an idyllic atmosphere. You can see the movement of the wheels by pulling the sliding door next to it. It is near the Dannohana and Denderano fields.
