電話対応も良く、見積対応も丁寧に分かり易く説明して頂き「確認事項はありませんか」と何度も聞いて下さり信頼してお願いする事が出来ました。
作業当日も皆さん爽やかで、手際良く丁寧な作業を行われており2時間予定の作業が1時間程で終了しました。
何度も行う事ではありませんが、また機会がありましたら是非お願いしたいと思います。

見積もりに来られたスタッフの方がとても爽やか親切丁寧な対応で好感が持てました。3社位に見積もりをしたのですがダントツで安かったです。
数ヶ月ほったらかしのゴミだらけの2 LDKの部屋でしたが
作業も丁寧で迅速で予定時刻より3時間も早く終わらせていただきました。階段しかなく大変な作業だったと思います。
大変感謝しております。また次回も利用させていただきます。

The staff who came to the quote were very refreshing, kind and polite, and I liked it. I quoted about 3 companies, but it was very cheap.
It was a 2 LDK room full of trash for a few months
The work was polite and quick, and I finished it 3 hours earlier than the scheduled time. I think it was a difficult task because there were only stairs.
We are very grateful. I will use it again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親が亡くなり四十九日をきっかけに、実家の不要になった大型家具から細かなものまで家の中全てを処分しようと何社かにお電話させて頂きましたが、中でも近畿クリーンアシストさんはお電話の対応が群を抜いてとても感じがよくお見積もりをお願いする事にしました。
お見積もりに来られた方がとても丁寧で、何度も不明点が無いか確認してくださっていたのが印象的でした。
当日来られた作業員の方一人一人本当に仕事が早く丁寧で、マンションだったのですが共用部分の養生もきちんとやって下さりとても感謝。
サービスで近くの私の家まで家具の移動もしてくださいました。
本当にお疲れ様でした。
遺品整理以外でも不用品回収もされているとのことで次はそちらでお願いしたいと思っています。ありがとうございました。
On the 49th day after my parents died, I called several companies to dispose of everything from large furniture that was no longer needed in my parents' house to small items. Among them, Kinki Clean Assist I decided to ask for a quote because the telephone response was by far the best.
It was impressive that the person who came to the quotation was very polite and repeatedly checked for any unclear points.
Each of the workers who came on the day was really quick and polite, and although it was an apartment, I am very grateful for the proper curing of the common areas.
The service also moved the furniture to my house nearby.
