★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越し前、日にちの余裕をもってガス利用停止手続きをネットでしたが、受付済みの自動返信メールがきたまま、引っ越し当日までメールも電話も連絡が来なかった。メールには、ご連絡しますと記載してあったにもかかわらず。
引っ越し当日、心配になりこちらから電話したが、メールは届いていないと言われた。
自動返信メールが届いているのに、メールが届いていないとかありえない。
こちらから、電話で問い合わせしなければ、ガスの停止が出来なかったことになります。
繁忙期とはいえ、このような対応には不快感しかありません。

県内の他の業者のプロパンガスと比べて月2000円ぐらい高くなります。一人暮らしでシャワーしか使わないのにです。
家族が居たりするととんでもないくらい差が出ると思います。
賃貸を選ぶ際にはガス会社をしっかり確認しましょう。
従業員の対応も高圧的で賃貸入居者は全く相手にされないです。
入居時に預ける補償金もこちらから言わないと返さないみたいな噂もあるのでご注意を。
