★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり色々な障がいの生徒がいる。小学生から高校まで。就労を目指す人もいれば、重度で施設から通う人もいる。若い先生たちは全体に穏やかで優しいけど、年齢高めの先生は見ていて「？」という人もまあいる。そこで大声出さなくても、とか。その順番、そんな大事？とか。やっぱり学校だから、人間関係合わないとか、相性あるのだと思う。
