M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京都三条にあるハンバーグのとくらさんに伺いました。こちらInstagramで肉汁あふれる投稿を見てチェックしていたレストランです。入店まで10分程待ちましたが回転は比較的良いのでタイミング次第ではすぐに入れそうです。ランチメニューのメインはオリジナルハンバーグランチ180グラム880円、300グラム1,100円と専門店では破格の値段設定。これも人気の要因なんでしょうね。あまり肉汁溢れるハンバーグって食べたことなかったのですが、こちらは本物！ふくれてパンパンなハンバーグに箸を通すと肉汁ぷっしゃーってなりました。素敵です。味もマイルドに素材の味を楽しむタイプ。ふんわり柔らかい食感は王道の味です。そして、お米は八代目儀兵衛がお米の目利きをしているらしく美味しい。昨今、ハンバーグ業態が増えていますが、こんな王道なハンバーグ屋も大切ですね。ごちそうさまでした。 We visited Tokura-san, a hamburger in Sanjo, Kyoto.
