★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフが最悪。この施設は障害者を馬鹿にしている。こんな施設がある限り障害者は浮かばれない。悪いことはいわないが、利用するべき施設ではない。
The staff is the worst. This facility makes a fool of people with disabilities. As long as there is such a facility, people with disabilities will not come to mind. Not bad, but it's not a facility to use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分は主に就労支援B型の作業所としてや相談所的な感じで利用していますが、スタッフの皆さんだいたいとても良い人たちです。
基本的に人を傷つけるようなことは言葉も言われたことないです。
ただ、忙しいイベント時だけは対応が雑になったりはする。
I mainly use it as a work support B-type work place or in the manner of a consulting center, but the staff are all very good people.
Basically, things that hurt people are never said.
However, the response may be complicated only at busy events.

評価修正：利用希望者の施設見学・面談を複数回行い、諸事情了解の上で施設体験宿泊を行ったところ、面談担当者から施設担当者への申し送りがされていないのか利用希望者に関する情報が伝わってないみたいで、要約すると「このような病状の人は当施設では受け入れられない」という回答がありました。
ならば何故面談の段階では熱烈歓迎ともとれる回答をしたのか、何故申し送りという基本中の基本が出来ないのか、疑問を持たざるを得ません。
It is a facility with a calm atmosphere. There is a parking lot along the street on the south side.
Evaluation correction: After having visited the facility/interview with the applicant multiple times and had a facility experience stay based on the understanding of various circumstances, whether the interviewer has not sent the person in charge of the facility or not. It seems that it has not been transmitted, and in summary, there was an answer that "people with such medical conditions are not accepted at this facility".
In that case, I have to wonder why the answer was so enthusiastic and welcome at the interview stage, and why I couldn't do the basics of sending back.
