おでん の前に 色々気になってしまう。
喫煙とか、店の汚さ、ムシが出てきたり
多分もう行かない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喫煙だし、狭いし、必ずしも個人個人の快適性を保証できないが、老齢の親父が一生懸命やっているこんな店は大好きだ。
It's smoking, it's small, and I can't guarantee personal comfort, but I love this kind of store that my old father is working hard on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ウジ虫がわいている卵パックが放置してあったり、ゴキブリが何匹も机を這っていたり、枝豆が入っているボックスにゴキブリがいたりした。店内に入った瞬間からにおいがおかしかった。味はおいしい…かもしれない。すべてのおでんが黒い。険しい。
Egg packs with maggots were left unattended, cockroaches were crawling at their desks, and cockroaches were in boxes with green soybeans. The smell was strange from the moment I entered the store. The taste may be delicious. All oden is black. Steep.

その日の出汁の入り具合にもよると思う
静岡のこういう店は、焼酎が安い
焼酎が労働者の酒だった頃の文化遺産を守っていて、400円で問答無用の二合(？)とっくりである
最近のチェーン店ならグラス一杯で400円、ひどい時はシングルですか？なんて質問まで飛んで来る
そんな世知辛い世の中に、二合とっくりが平然と机上で澄ましていやがる

After word war II, the alchool for japanese blue color people is "shoutyuu". Today, shoutyuu is not cheap, i.e. 400 yen=4$ need for one glass. But, in this street, U CAN DRINK cheapest price in japan, shoutyuu 400 yen mean 360mL japanese sake bottle size.
This is japanese "old style"!!!!
U can eat here, stewed fishball & others in thin soy & fish sauce. i reccomend "atsuage" (=fried tofu stewed), "tamago" (=boild egg), "daikon" (=vegetable), "konn-nyaku". Dont worry, everything is cheap & delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 衛生面で難があるなんてレベルじゃないが、なあに死にやしない。まさに帰ってきたひとみばあさん。40年超の歴史。静岡おでんが観光客向けの企画ものではなく、地域に広く根差してきたものと知る。
It's not a level of hygiene, but I don't die. Mr. Hitomi who has just returned. Over 40 years of history. I know that Shizuoka Oden is not a project for tourists, but has been widely rooted in the region.
