Owner was gracious and can speak English very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. There is no english menu. Also, they left me and my family waiting at the table for a long time. When my husband asked for english menu to the server, he just replied "NAI" and turned his back and walked away. We didn't have a choice but leave the place unattended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a good Yakiniku and luckily found this one! The service personnel was very friendly, helpful and could even speak english! Meat and vegetables were very delicious (I'm very picky), and we even got a small dessert for free :)
Overall awesome price/performance balance - can definitely recommend it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! Would have given 6 stars if possible. I have been to over 50 yakiniku places in Japan so far and never has the price/quality ratio been better. The owner was extremely friendly and explained us everything (in perfect English) and even gave us a free dessert at the end. All for the price of 3500 yen! Definitely recommend.
