★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すみれはちょくちょく行くんだけど、今回初来店です。他にはない濃厚な出汁で大絶賛です。あとチャシューが分厚いのにトロトロでこれまた大絶賛！持ち帰り用のチャシューあったので買って帰りました。また近くに行った時はお邪魔します。

牛骨ラーメン しょうゆ(極み白)中盛り ネギトッピングと チャーハンをいただきました。チャーハンもパラパラで美味しかったです。

ラーメンはスープは美味しかったです。
チャーシューは旨味が抜けてパサパサで美味しくない。
炒飯もべちゃっとしている。
餃子は普通。
ホール担当のバイトにタイミングを合わせて出すので、忙しいと提供が遅い。
コロナ対策はされていて心配ないが、風がかなり店内に入ってくるのでかなり寒かった。

チャーシューも柔らかいし、後から炙っているので香ばしさもあってなお美味しいです。
