 He didn't listen to me at all, and he didn't look at the patient at all, just to give out the medicine.

家族が入院していましたが職員の対応にうんざりでした。
職員間でも報連相が出来ておらず複数の職員に同じことを何度も説明しなくてはなりません。
高圧的な職員も多く、とある職員（た◯み）には私が年下で気が弱そうに見えたのかかなり上から目線で話されました。
家族に対してこんな対応をしているのですから入院患者にはもっと劣悪な対応をしているのでしょうね。
毎回面会に行くのが苦痛でした。

The family was hospitalized but tired of the staff.
There is no news report between staff members, and the same thing must be explained to multiple staff members over and over again.
There were a lot of high-pressure staff, and a certain staff member (Ta ◯ mi) told me from the top that I seemed weak in younger years.
I'm dealing with my family like this, so I'm probably doing worse for hospitalized patients.
It was painful to go to every visit.
