★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日、やっと山形県から福島県に抜けれる様になりましたよ～?大型は駄目ですが、普通車はOKです。
あいにくの天気でイマイチの見晴らしでしたが晴天で紅葉?が進んだら最高の景色ですね??
 Today, I can finally get out of Yamagata prefecture to Fukushima prefecture ~ ? Large cars are not good, but ordinary cars are OK.
Unfortunately the weather was not good, but it would be the best view if the autumn leaves ? progressed in fine weather ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やっと工事が終わって通行止めが解除になりました。只今早朝の雲海が最高です。
トイレはありますが、残念ながら手は洗えません。
紅葉が見頃になってきましたが、もうすぐ冬の通行止めになるので行きたい方はお早めに！
Finally, the construction was completed and the road closure was lifted. The sea of clouds in the early morning is the best.
There is a toilet, but unfortunately I can't wash my hands.
The autumn leaves are in full bloom, but it will be closed in winter soon, so if you want to go, please do so as soon as possible!

福島側からバイクで上りました。
摺上ダムから先は道が狭く落ち葉?や湧き水で路面が滑り易くなってしまいました。が道が荒れて危険な場所は、ありませんでした。
森の中なので見通しが悪く、不意のカーブや対向車に気を付けて走行すれば、問題なく峠の頂上に行けると思います❗
県境の頂上は、通行止めになっていました❗
諦めて引き返すことにしました?

I climbed on the bike from the Fukushima side.
The road narrows down from Rizukami Dam, and the road surface becomes slippery with leaf drops and spring water. There was no dangerous place, though the road was rough.
I think that you can go to the top of the pass without any problems if you run in the middle of a forest because the prospect is bad, and you are careful with unexpected curves and oncoming vehicles.
The top of the prefectural border was closed
I decided to give up and return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日、天気が良かったので、山形県側の高畠町鳩峰高原を散策に行って来ました‼️今年は豪雨等で土砂崩れがありました。所々に其の痕跡が残っていました‼️多分道路が川の様になり、道路脇の木々が倒木となり道路を塞いだと思われます。また、所々道路が陥没や新しく舗装を修復した後も有りました。途中に差程車等途はすれ違う事は有りませんでした。写真を撮影しましたので、ご覧ください‼️１枚目と２枚目は福島県側の中茂庭に在るダム広場の駐車場?️から撮影した処です‼️３枚目から最後の写真?️は山頂(県境)の看板と山形県側の高畠町を撮影しました。福島県側の途中に宮城県の七ケ宿方面に行く所に数軒民家がありました。前後しますが途中に土嚢が積まれた所も有りました。未だ紅葉?には早いけど、寒暖差が何日か続くと紅葉?が観られると思います‼️
The weather was nice yesterday, so I went for a walk in Takahata Town Hatamine Kogen on the Yamagata side! ️ There was a landslide this year due to heavy rain. There were traces of it in some places! ️ Probably the road became like a river, and the trees on the side of the road fell down and blocked the road. There were also some roads that had collapsed and new pavements had been repaired. There was no such thing as a car passing by on the way. I took a picture, so please have a look! ️ The first and second photos were taken from the parking lot ?️ at Dam Square in Nakamoniwa on the Fukushima side! ️The third to last photo ?️ took a picture of the signboard on the summit (prefectural border) and Takahata Town on the Yamagata side. On the way to Fukushima prefecture, there were several private houses in the direction of Shichikashuku in Miyagi prefecture. There was a place where sandbags were piled up on the way though it was back and forth. It's still early for autumn leaves ?, but I think you can see autumn leaves ? if the temperature difference continues for several days! ️

多大な絶景の期待は裏切られますが、近くの丘に登ると気分のいい景色が広がります。
Climb the narrow road with a hairpin turn to reach it.
Expectations for a great view are betrayed, but climbing a nearby hill will give you a pleasant view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 米沢から福島に抜けるため鳩峰峠超えを利用しました。途中、福島には抜けれないと通行止め看板がありましたが、最悪引き返し覚悟で通りました。国道３９９はもちろん舗装ですが、山形側も福島側も道は狭く、険しい所を通ります。鳩峰峠は何度か通ってますが峠の頂上はとても景色がよく、山形側の高畠町が見えます。空気も良くて気持ちいいです。福島方面へ下り途中の宮城県稲子地区でやはりの通行止め。茂庭には抜けれず、七ヶ宿側に迂回となりました。２０２１年１０月２９日までなのでもう解除となってるはずです。
I used to cross the Hatomine Pass to get from Yonezawa to Fukushima. On the way, there was a signboard that closed the road to Fukushima, but I was prepared to turn back at worst. The national highway 399 is of course paved, but the roads on both the Yamagata side and the Fukushima side are narrow and pass through steep places. I have passed the Hatomine Pass several times, but the top of the pass is very scenic and I can see Takahata Town on the Yamagata side. The air is nice and comfortable. The road is closed in the Inago district of Miyagi prefecture on the way down to Fukushima. I couldn't get out of the garden, so I made a detour to the Shichikashuku side. It should be canceled because it is until October 29, 2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9/23現在399号線福島側からは通行止めで行けないので113号線から途中左折し399号線に抜けて行きましたが山形側からは普通に行けるようでした。
少し雲がかかってましたがそこそこ天気も良く景色が良かった。
駐車場の後ろに小高い丘があるので、そこから景色見るのがオススメです。
As of 9/23, I couldn't go from the Fukushima side of Route 399, so I turned left on the way from Route 113 and went through to Route 399, but it seemed that I could go normally from the Yamagata side.
It was a little cloudy, but the weather was nice and the scenery was good.
There is a small hill behind the parking lot, so it is recommended to see the scenery from there.
