★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ぬいぐるみのクレーンの設定が酷すぎる。
「3000入れたんですけれど全然取れなくて、どうやったら良いですか？」と聞いたら初期位置に戻されて、「ボタン押したら途中で止められるので、やってみて下さい」と言われました。
取らせる気なさすぎるし、そんなわかりきってる事言われてもと思いました。
クレーンゲームするなら交通費払って川越まで行ったほうが良いです。
絶対ここではやらないほうが良いです。

娘が欲しがってた大きいぬいぐるみを取るのに4800円かかりました。
フィギュアやお菓子の橋渡しは2000～3000円使ってもある程度のところでアームがカスカスなのでラストは必ずと言っていいほど詰みます。
押し込んで取るタイプのフィギュアはギチギチでかなりお金を吸い取られます。前の人がプレイしておりいくら押しても取れず諦めたのでハイエナしようと試みましたが2000円使っても取れませんでした。
欲しい景品あるならメルカリ等で買えば半値以下で済みます。
二度と立ち寄ることはないと思いました。

一番くじのカウンター近くで店員も多分いたと思うのに全然サポートなくてムカついた。
自分の技術どうこう以前に設定が難しすぎる。つっぱり棒がギチギチで全然落ちない。
やっとサポートしてもらえてもほんの少ししかサポートない、意味ないです。
こんな設定じゃ好きなキャラでもメルカリで転売ヤーから買ったほうが絶対マシです。それと店員も日によって良し悪しがありすぎる店舗です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんに何度も声をかけてしまいましたが、ぬいぐるみの位置を戻したり、落としやすくしてもらったりと、とっても親切に対応してくださったので、2匹ぬいぐるみをゲットできました！！背の高い男性の店員さんに対応していただきましたが、とっても優しかったので楽しくできました(^^)
またかわいい商品があったら、ぜひ遊びに行きたいお店です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3月13日21時45分ごろにトレジャーをやったがベルトが空回りしている様な感じで2で止めても3で止めてもベルトの移動距離全く一緒で店員に申し出たが、景品の重さで動かないと言われた。
俺らは5回以上（2ヶ所）中身を空にした事あるぞ‼️
俺らがどれくらい動くとか知らないと思って言ってるんか？
店員の名前を見て来れば良かった。
写真は2年以内に獲った時のもの。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9/10/2018: Love this arcade! I always check here first for new merchandise when it comes out! Most of the machines are winable and the staff members are very friendly and willing to assist! They also have lotteries! :) 5/5 ★
11/10: Edit/Update They must have been losing profit or gotten new management. The staff's attitude and machine mechanics have changed. I'd say SEGA and Taito are about the same now. 4/5 ★
