分厚い(2センチくらい？)のカツが乗った大きなかつ丼が名物です。食後にコーヒーも出てきました
飲み会等でも利用されています

と言われて誘われて伺ったのがこちらのお店。
そもそもカツ丼を提供している寿司屋が珍しいのですが、行ってみて納得。
ランチはほとんどのお客さんがカツ丼を食べています。
提供されているのは上質で甘みがある豚肉を使ったカツ丼。卵はしっかり半熟。
脂の旨味ではなく、肉質そのものの旨味が味わえる稀有なカツ丼だと思いました。
とても美味しいです。

お店に入り接客の素晴らしさにびっくりしつつカツ丼を注文
程なくして到着した丼の蓋を開けてカツの分厚さに再びびっくり‼️
分厚いカツは柔らかく、やや甘めのタレとも相性が良く、一気に完食してしまいました。
こんな旨いカツ丼は初めて食べました
