★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 須磨海水浴場直結、山と海が交わる須磨浦が迫る最高の風景。
駅舎と砂浜海岸がこんなに近い駅も珍しい。とてもお勧めです。アニメ平家物語で敦盛が討たれる場面がありますが歴史も感じる事ができます。
 Directly connected to Suma beach, the best scenery of Sumaura where mountains and the sea meet.
It is rare for a station to be so close to the station building and the sandy beach. I highly recommend it. There is a scene where Atsumori is defeated in the anime Heike Story, but you can also feel the history.
