Y	Yuuki Osakana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 限定数提供ですがお蕎麦は作りおきをしない打ち立てで、薬味が不要なほどソバ自体に味と香りがあります。五平餅の味噌ダレは、ご当地仕様のエゴマ入りです。ボリュームはあるのに簡単に食べられちゃうくどくない味。猪肉の串焼きは、臭みが驚くほど無く、肉と脂の味がしっかり味わえました。次回はご自慢のピザを食べようと思い楽しみにしています。上記投稿から半年経ってピザを食べられました。タンドリーチキン、テリヤキ、コーンのピザを食し、ボリュームがあるのにペロッと食べられちゃいました。味はくどくなくメインの具材の味付けがハッキリ分かる味。トータルでピザを演出していると言えば良いのでしょうかね？全種類味わいたいと思いました。 A limited number of soba noodles are made with no special preparations, and the buckwheat itself has a taste and aroma that does not require a condiment. On the far outskirts of Kiso's Otaki Village, Suikoen's peaceful rural atmosphere and food made with soul is worth the trip. Their handmade oven fired pizzas are among Nagano's best. They also have local specialties like wild boar shishkebabs and handmade buckwheat soba noodles. A campground is in walking distance if you want to spend some time and explore. It also has good access to the easy hike up Mt. Kohide with amazing views of Mt. Ontake across the valley.
