★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad attitude!! Shop assistants dont really bother to serve customers at allm especially senior ones. The ones with trainee tags are better , coz they are newbies i guess.Dont waste to find anything you want here coz you wont be served at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I have experienced the worst ever service in Japan. The salesperson not willing to answer my question for sizes and not paying any attention on my request of different color. This is never my expectation of Atmos after supporting them for years. Luckily, the shop in Namba is much better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasnt really looking for a pair of sneaks but passed by the atmos store and saw a pair that caught my eye. Of course, as a customer id want to try it. The guy in the smaer atmos swore in japanese when i told him id think about it. I DONT RECOMNEND THIS SMALLER STORE AT NAMBA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the store this afternoon looking for nike af1. I heard many here told me that the long hair guy is very bad attitude. So, i approached another gold hair guy. Anyway the gold hair guy told the long hair guy to serve me. I told him to get me 2 sizes to try it out. Overall experience very good. He even asked me if it fits well in broken English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone in Osaka has a good attitude but not for staffs at Atmos stores. They're rude and don't paying attention to customers. Even if your shop has beautiful shoes but i don't care because the first impression is the service of the staff which your store doesn't have !! So I don't recommend this shop.The abc mart is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very rude. Often get mad if we request more than one size or more than one model to try on, because i was planning to give a present for my family. None of them really helped the costumers. That one guy said to me “we dont have 38. No need to try. You are wasting my time” i am very disappointed by the way they treat the costumers.
