★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main 'Akiba' Sofmap of the Sofmap chain. In fact, I think this place isn't that different from the 'Amusement' place a block away.
Edit: As of February 2019, they moved all adult games here and the comics to Akiba Sofmap 4 so they ARE quite different now.
The difference though is that there is always a police officer on patrol. I was staring at an Eroge poster when I realized an officer passing by. Perhaps he understood that I felt rather embarrassed and he said 'いらっしゃいませ'. He still does that as of Feb 2019.
The other differences you may notice is that here, they carry a bigger collection of secondhand figures in stock.
Another must-visit in Akihabara, if you're a fan of the second dimension.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They've relocated the used computer STUFF section to here, but there's no stuff... just used computers and not really interesting. Softmap used to be my go to place, but they seem to have dried up in that ReSell market area - someone else may fill the gap, or maybe its simply go online...
