給油後水道で手を洗っても水だけでは当然落ちず、手を洗わせてくださいと店員に言うと「外に水道ありますから」と。水だけでは落ちないと伝えるも「だって石鹸とか無いですもん」(原文まま)。
客もいない時間帯、掃除等管理して欲しいです。

でも店員さんが３～４人、タオルの洗濯や操作が分からない問い合わせ対応をしているのだと思う。
人員を削減して単価を安くしてくれないかと思ってしまうほど、世の中価格が高すぎる！店員さんに罪はないよ！
