★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 屋根、外壁のリフォームで近隣のリフォーム屋数社に見積りしましたが何処のリフォーム屋も足場設置の㎡が多く(230㎡～300㎡)例え単価が安くても㎡が多くなり金額も高く悩んでおりました。
そこで気が付き屋根屋さんと一緒で足場の事は足場屋さんに聞けば?解決出来ると思いGoogleで近くの足場工事で検索した数社中の２社から見積りを取りSDさんの見積りが191㎡で的確、単価も相場の平均で見積書の中に値引きもあり総合的に安い見積りでした。
決め手は
①値段
②社長の関根様自ら現地調査&見積り提出で的確な足場設置㎡数量
③自転車(車)ポートの屋根を解体せずに上手く逃がしての足場設置との説明でした。
他社の見積りには自転車(車)ポート等の屋根脱着で高い金額の見積りがありましたので。但し、カーポート等の脱着はそれぞれの現地状況に合わせての判断になると思われます。うちはたまたま脱着せずに済んだだけと思います。
④Google検索した時の問い合わせ時に女性事務員さんの対応が良く、足場の見積りは無料で出せるとの事。
それと私のリフォーム屋は高いし屋根の診断に納得がいかなくてって話を申し上げたら
塗装屋は決まってる？もし決まって無いなら良い塗装屋を紹介するけど見積りは無料だから如何ですか？って❗リフォーム屋～何社も見積り取っていたのに軽い気持ちで、じゃあ御願いします‼️ってこれが後々の塗装屋選びに繋がりました。
以上が決め手でした。
長々と長文になりましたが足場の設置&解体も社長自ら作業して頂き対応も良くSDセーフティさんにして良かったなと。
また足場の事ならお願いしたいと思わせる仕事ぶりでした。
