直径約36m・高さ約5mの円墳。
出土した埴輪などから6世紀初頭の築造と推定されております。
結構、風化も進み特に看板も無ければ保存活動もしていない様子です。
夏にはカブト虫やクワガタが捕れます。
以前、誰が登録したか知りませんが、住所表記が石原町となっていたため、正式な住所表記である下小林町710に変更しました。
下小林は休泊村。石原は韮川村。丁度境にあって分かりずらいですが、ここは韮川村古墳ではありません。
最初に登録する人は、適当にマーカーをマップを合わせるのではなく、資料に従って正確に行うべきです。

 Kyuhaku Village No. 1 Kofun.
A circular burial mound with a diameter of about 36m and a height of about 5m.
It is estimated to have been built in the early 6th century from the excavated haniwa.
It seems that the weathering has progressed quite a bit, and if there is no signboard in particular, there is no preservation activity.
Beetles and stag beetles are caught in the summer.
I don't know who registered before, but since the address notation was Ishihara-cho, I changed it to Shimokobayashi-cho 710, which is the official address notation.
Shimokobayashi is a resting village. Ishihara is Niragawa Village. It's hard to understand because it's just on the border, but this is not the Niragawa-mura tumulus.
The first person to register should follow the documentation exactly, rather than aligning the markers appropriately.
