★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺にもう少しコシがあると良いと思ったがスープはサッパリして飲みやすかた。
ソースカツは甘めでお持ち帰りも出来ますが、作りたての方がサクサクしてて断然お勧めです。
 I thought it would be nice if the noodles were a little more chewy, but the soup was refreshing and easy to drink.
The sauce cutlet is sweet and you can take it home, but it is definitely recommended to make it freshly made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たくみセットを注文しました。内容はソースカツ丼と半ラーメンで1100円で味はラーメンは昔ながらの薄味で自分好みでした。ソースカツ丼はカツの下のキャベツが自分の中では好きではなく、キャベツ抜きで注文すればよかったです。店内はこじんまりとしてますが綺麗でしたが店の敷地が住宅と一緒みたいで駐車場がわかりづらいです
I ordered a Takumi set. The contents are sauce cutlet bowl and half ramen for 1100 yen, and the taste is old-fashioned light taste and I liked it. I didn't like the cabbage under the cutlet for the sauce cutlet bowl, so I should have ordered it without the cabbage. The inside of the store is small but beautiful, but the parking lot is difficult to understand because the site of the store seems to be the same as the house.

そして、やはり、閉店間際で、ご飯がなくなってて、麺類だけしかなかったので、会津名物ソースカツ丼はいただけなかったのですが、タンメンを頼んでみたら、シンプルでいてコクがある塩味スープに腰のあるシコシコ麺、しかも野菜たっぷりで、大満足！
また行きたい、いや何度も行きたい食堂でした！
今度こそ、ソースカツ丼（二枚のせ）をいただきたいです！
そして、目指せ全メニュー制覇！！(笑)
It was just before the store closed, but we kindly responded.
And, after all, just before the store closed, I had no rice and only noodles, so I couldn't get the Aizu specialty sauce cutlet bowl, but when I asked for tanmen, I was sick of the simple and rich salty soup. I am very satisfied with the chewy noodles and plenty of vegetables!
It was a cafeteria that I wanted to go to again, no, I wanted to go there many times!
This time, I would like to have a sauce cutlet bowl (two pieces)!
And aim to conquer all menus! !! (smile)

テーブル席メインで、一人で入店しました。
初なので、たくみセットを注文。
ソースかつ丼と半ラーメンのセット。
注文から、着丼までおよそ5分。
驚いたのは半ラーメンのスープの色が濁っているのと、ラーメン少な！半じゃなく、３分の1ラーメン！ソースかつ丼の量も少なく１１００円の量では無い気がします。

I entered the store alone at the main table seat.

Approximately 5 minutes from order to kimono bowl.
What surprised me was that the color of the half-ramen soup was muddy, and that the ramen was small! Not half but one third ramen! I feel that the amount of sauce and bowl is small and not 1100 yen.
