個人的な経験からは、他の方の記載にある様にここは本当に名ばかりの杜撰管理の会社だと感じました。有名だから安心と油断しました。
具体的に、駐輪場の空きがなく順番待ち1番で順番待ちをしている間、継続的に空いている箇所が数箇所あったので、数ヶ月間様子を見てこちらから問い合わせるとやっと対応する始末。また、夏場にクーラーが故障した際には連絡してから業者対応までたらい回され約1ヶ月掛かりました。いずれも同一の担当者からは周りくどい言い方ではぐらかされたりで誠実な対応をして頂いた記憶が御座いません。入居者を馬鹿にしているとしか思えません。
担当者の質かもしれませんが、そういう方が働ける社内教育もままならない会社であると感じました。
メッキが剥がれた様に感じ、それ以降賃貸物件利用時は長谷工物件、長谷工ライブネット管理物件は選択肢から除外してます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 足元を見ているのか、対応に人間味がなく、融通も全くきかない。電話の対応も最悪。とにかく融通がきかない。規約は規約。利用者に寄り添う気持ちが1ミリも感じられない。部署が違うとたらい回し。いろいろと物件を借りてきたが過去最悪の管理会社。他の方の口コミを見ても納得する。これでよく業界生き残れると思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越し当日に前入居者の毛の剃り残しが大量に部屋の角にあったので引っ越し当日から再清掃をお願いしたく3回ほど電話をかけましたが担当者の不在とのことで、一度も折り返して来ず、3週間後に本社にメールをした途端、やっと電話を何回もかけてきました。
3週間も待ってるうちに、他人の毛とずっと生活するのも嫌だったので自分で掃除をしたところ、業者に頼んでいないので、再清掃代は払えないと言われ、写真を送ったところ換気扇の埃だと断言されました。
電話を折り返してもらえない3週の合間に、第三者にも直接何人か見せましたが、確実に2、3ミリのひげか何かの剃り残しだねと全員に言われたものを、3週間も放置して写真だけで判断してきたのも嫌でした。内見時に落ちた毛だったらまだ我慢できましたが、明らかに剃り残しでした。私も埃だといいなと思いながら何回も見て毛だったものを3週間も無視しておいて、直接来てすらいないのに断言してきて、まるでこちらが駄々をこねているような対応をされ、さらに不快でした。
見知らぬ毛をかき集めて本社にクレームを入れるまで電話を折り返してこない人のために大切にとっておけと言うことでしょうか?当日、折り返してくれていればこんなに面倒な事にもならず、怒ることもなかったのに私が悪いのでしょうか?
窓際だと言ったら換気扇からの入ってくる外からのゴミですね!よくあるんですよ!と言われましたがまずそこには換気扇はありません。換気扇があるのは玄関の廊下と風呂場でと反対側の窓側で、毛が落ちていた窓際にはありません。
点検時は問題なかったと言うので、入居するまで2.3週間で落ちてきたとします。
気持ち悪いのもあり、自分で清掃後2ヶ月ほどその付近は手をつけず、その『換気扇から落ちてくる毛のような埃』が落ちてくるか見ましたが、当然換気扇もないので落ちてきていませんし、部屋のどこかにその『毛のような埃』が発生することも今のところありません。
そもそも換気扇からのゴミだったとしても掃除するべきではないでしょうか?
2.3ミリの毛なので遠目ではわからず、住んでから私も近寄るまでは気づかなかったので内見時にもあっだのではと思います。
3週間本社にメールをするまで電話の折り返しをしなかった理由も仰らなかったのも不快でした。
私は今からでもそちら負担で再清掃をするか、退去時にリビングのみ清掃代を引くか、もうこの対応で一年未満で引っ越したくなったので違約金の補填をしていただくかして欲しかったのですが、何回も何回も菓子折りと言われ、菓子折りで済ませたいという気持ちが前面に出ていたので謝罪の電話だというのにとても不快になり、もう話したくなかったのでいいですと言って電話を切りました。ありがとうございますとか言われましたが、私は解決したつもりではいません。

もういいですと言う言葉でこの客には(あんなに連呼していた)菓子折りすらも送らなくていいと言う判断をしたのでしょうか?

管理費に見合った対応をして欲しいですが、詐欺と言わざるを得ない粗悪さでした。
近いうちに引っ越そうと考えています。
今後一切この会社と関わることはありません。
引っ越しをお考えの方にも、長谷工だけはお勧めしません。
